Customers receive a design preview and must approve it before production begins. Payment is collected only for physical apparel that will be shipped once completed.
How long does shipping take?
Ready-made items ship in 2–5 business days.
Custom orders typically ship in 5–10 business days, depending on complexity.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, non-custom items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Do you offer refunds?
Custom items are not eligible for refunds because they are made exclusively for the customer and approved before production.
